The price includes:

- exclusive use of the entire house TorreMatta consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen,
- bed linen and towels
- utilities and heating
- private parking
- welcome set (coffee capsules, tea, mineral water)
- final cleaning

The amount of the reservation does not include the tourist tax of € 2 per day per person. Due for the first 3 days of stay. Children under 12 are exempt.

Cancellation policies:
No penalty for cancellations made within 7 days before the arrival date.
Penalty equal to the amount paid at the time of booking confirmation, for cancellations made within 6 days before the arrival date.
